Work: Stimulation of acoustic horizontal polarization waves by developing fissures in main pipeline. Izhevsk University.

Main results: Purpose of this work is getting analytic dependencies between parameters of the of the appearance of enlargement of fissure in pipeline (velocity enlargement fissure, size of increase, direction ca.) and impulse of acoustic emission (AE), registered by cameras witch monitor the condition of pipeline by acoustic emission method. As soon as being used right now, the methodic of AE-control uses integral characteristics (summary count, speed of count) as informative parameters of AE, getting this objective information about pipeline condition by its use is very complicated. Studying connection between parameters of increasing fissure and characteristics of radiated by fissures impulses AE will let to create devices and methodic of AE-control letting to get much more full information about increasing defects in the pipeline, and thereby decrease malfunctioning on sites of oil and gas industry.
