The process of radiolysis and photolysis have been investigated in ionic-molecular crystals by methods of Physical acoustics. The velocities of elastic waves V and internal friction Q^-1. Were measured in Single Crystals of KClO₃ and NaClO₃ in temperature range from 77 K to 550 K. In the temperature spectra of V and Q^-1 found the anomalies of these acoustic parameters, which associated with the phase transitions of different character. The kinetics of phase transitions of potassium and sodium chlorates after fast electron radiation are discussed.
