Matched-Field Processing (MFP) is a very popular method in ocean acoustic tomography, for example, matched nonreciprocity tomography which are used in the reconstruction of current fields. Proposed article inverstigates the possibilities of linearization of MFP based on numerical simulations as well as suggests the Partial Linearization (PL) that is utilization the linear equations for the phases of normal modes with respect to the reconstruced values in the process of calculation of functional to be minimized. It was shown that this approximation discribed the evolution of these functions true. Such method allows to speed up the calculations suffisiently including the multydimensional cases to. The ranges of reconstructed values which allow to use full linearization of inversion tasks are inversigated to.
